About My Clients
Clients come to my practice when they are ready and motivated to make pivotal changes in their lives. Often my clients have arrived at a crossroads in life where they find themselves stuck and discouraged. They may be experiencing strain in a relationship or grieving a significant loss. I assist my clients by identifying their strengths and improving their sense of empowerment and personal agency.

I work from a strength-based perspective. I utilize approaches and modalities from theories including: Positive Psychology, Person-Centered, Attachment, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Existential. Sessions are interactive and collaborative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Clients come to my practice when they realize they want to achieve a greater sense of satisfaction in their lives. Often, they are stuck, discouraged and fatigued from over-functioning in relationships and engaging in behaviors that are no longer effective. I believe positive life change is possible when clients make the decision to engage in the therapeutic process.
