About My Clients
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients, folks exploring identity, navigating trauma, or in times of transition. I use Gottman method when working with couples and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I’m passionate about co-creating a therapy space that feels warm, affirming, and deeply human. Clients often describe my presence like a “golden hour,” that soft, warm light at the end of the day that brings comfort, beauty, and calm amidst shadows. My style is relational, collaborative, and grounded in values-based therapy. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my foundation, along with Internal Family Systems (ISF), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness to support healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you – it’s about reconnecting with who you already are. You carry the wisdom and resilience you need – my role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what’s happening, and support you in building a life filled with meaning and purpose. I also believe therapy should be accessible. I accept and am in-network for United (MA only) and Quest. For clients without those insurances, I am out-of-networking, but provide a superbill or courtesy billing to submit to insurance for reimbursement (Note: reimbursement is based on individual plans). Lastly, I have some sliding scale slots available.
