The intimate, tender & vulnerable parts of you deserve to be held and embraced. As a sex therapist, I specialize in sexual trauma & health, LGBTQ+ experiences, and relationship (poly, CNM/ENM, open+) transitions. It's my deepest passion to collaborate with others, using evidence-informed approaches, to promote healing, openness & unburdening.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approaches include IFS/parts-work, sensate focus, attachment & emotional processing, collaborative therapy, somatic therapy, and working with nonviolent communication (NVC). I work with individuals, couples/partners, & families to help people in relationship feel seen, understood & cared for.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Actively acknowledging race, gender and culture in the therapy room is deeply important to me and central to my work. It is vital to my therapeutic relationships that my clients feel totally empowered to acknowledge differences in lived experiences from me, as well as from one another.
