I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Idaho. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University with an emphasis in Grief, Crisis, and Trauma Counseling and have completed Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Yoga Therapy Trainings. I hold an additional Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Rhode Island. My therapeutic framework is based on a holistic counseling approach. Holistic counseling is an approach that helps clients to heal by taking the entire human being and their life experiences into consideration in therapy. It is a type of counseling that assesses and treats from physical and spiritual contexts–as well as psychological or mental ones.

I apply the latest cutting-edge transformative treatment approaches such as meditation practices, Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, or therapeutic/trauma-sensitive yoga in sessions to reset the nervous system and help you gain access to your authentic voice, grounded-ness, and joy.
