About My Clients
I work with resilient adults navigating the heavy intersection of life transitions, trauma, and everyday systemic pressures. Many of my clients find themselves feeling overwhelmed by demanding careers, financial stress, or the weight of caring for everyone but themselves. If you are ready to look below the surface, ask honest questions, and actively participate in your own healing, we will be a great fit. I offer a safe, warm space to help you quiet the chaos and reclaim your autonomy.
My Approach to Helping
Welcome. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by the weight of everything you’ve been carrying, I want you to know you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I believe that therapy is, first and foremost, a partnership built on warmth, safety, and mutual respect. Life can be incredibly complex, and our mental well-being is deeply connected to everything around us—our physical health, our personal histories, and the day-to-day pressures of the world we live in. My goal is to provide a soft landing place where you can step out of the chaos, catch your breath, and feel truly heard. As a counselor with a deep background in both mental health and clinical medicine, I look at the whole picture of who you are. Together, we will gently explore what is holding you back, honor your lived experience, and collaborate on a practical, supportive path forward at a pace that feels safe and right for you. I work with clients throughout IN. I offer private pay in AZ, MN, and OH.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe that true healing cannot happen in a vacuum. You are not a diagnosis or a set of symptoms to be fixed; you are a whole person whose mental well-being is intimately tied to your biology, your lived history, and the social and economic environment you navigate every day. I believe that systemic barriers, financial strain, and societal pressures are not just "external stressors"—they deeply impact our physical health, our nervous systems, and our emotional peace. I believe that the relationship we build in therapy is the catalyst for change. Because of that, I reject the cold, detached therapist stereotype. I believe in showing up as a real, warm human being who respects your inherent autonomy. You are the ultimate expert on your own life. My role is to stand beside you as an ally, offering a safe space and practical tools to help you untangle old wounds, quiet the noise of the world, and reclaim your agency to build a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
