About My Clients
You might find yourself constantly on edge, overthinking, or waiting for something to go wrong even when nothing obvious is happening. Many of the people I work with are outwardly functioning but internally exhausted, carrying a sense of responsibility that never really shuts off. If you’re tired of holding it together and want support that feels grounded, steady, and real, you may be a good fit here.
My Background and Approach
My work is informed by years of experience supporting adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by anxiety, trauma, and long-standing relational dynamics. I draw from attachment-based therapy, ACT, and EMDR to help clients understand why certain reactions keep showing up and how to respond to them differently. Therapy with me is not just about insight; it’s about developing awareness, regulation, and practical tools that carry over into daily life. Clients often gain a clearer understanding of their emotional responses, greater confidence in navigating stress and relationships, and a stronger sense of stability outside of session. My goal is to help you build skills and self-trust that last, not temporary relief that fades once therapy ends.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people are met with honesty, respect, and curiosity rather than judgment or quick fixes. I value conversations that are real, grounded, and focused on helping people better understand themselves and their patterns. I’m supportive of inclusive, affirming spaces and believe mental health care should feel safe and accessible to people of all identities. I approach this work with humility, humor when appropriate, and a deep respect for how complex being human actually is. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself away, or be anything other than where you are.
