My Background and Approach
Dr. Bonds has a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, which encourages active collaboration. She has a passion for walking alongside people in the midst of struggle. When you come to therapy, it's like you are trying to climb a mountain. Dr. Bonds is not at the top of your mountain but, rather, is on another mountain, offering a different perspective, pointing out potential dangers, and helping you find the most effective path along your journey.
