Although Dr. Bonds values working with clients facing all kinds of difficulties, she specializes in working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, body acceptance, relationship difficulties, Veterans, sexuality and gender issues.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Bonds has a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, which encourages active collaboration. She has a passion for walking alongside people in the midst of struggle. When you come to therapy, it's like you are trying to climb a mountain. Dr. Bonds is not at the top of your mountain but, rather, is on another mountain, offering a different perspective, pointing out potential dangers, and helping you find the most effective path along your journey.
