About My Clients

I work with adults, young adults, couples, and families who are looking for a steady, supportive place to pause and make sense of what’s feeling hard or overwhelming. I often support neurodivergent individuals, military members and veterans, and those navigating relationship changes, parenting stress, or major life transitions. Many clients are seeking care that feels calm, thoughtful, and unhurried.

My Background and Approach

I bring many years of experience working across mental health settings, supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex emotional and relational challenges. While I have been licensed as an LPC for three years, my work in the mental health field spans over two decades, including many years as a school counselor. This background allows me to understand how stress, patterns, and coping strategies develop over time and across different life stages. My approach focuses on helping people make sense of what they are experiencing without feeling rushed, judged, or pressured to “fix” things quickly. I work at a pace that supports trust and emotional safety, which many clients find grounding when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Therapy is collaborative and flexible, shaped by what feels most useful and manageable for each person or relationship. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, military members and veterans, and those navigating anxiety, depressio

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value honesty, respect for differences, and creating an inclusive, affirming space where people feel safe showing up as they are. I care deeply about supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, navigating parenting and marriage challenges, and working through communication struggles in ways that feel thoughtful and safe. I believe meaningful work happens when humor, authenticity, and balance are part of the process, and I aim to show up as a real, grounded, and compassionate presence in the room.
