About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in getting to know their mind and their internal, emotional world. I believe this is how healing begins. ADHD, depression, grief, and complex PTSD are some of the concerns that bring clients into my office. One session at a time, we will explore and seek to understand, the problems you face. We will consider what has made you who you are today, and what you would like to be going forward. All you have to do is talk about what is on your mind.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy which is a modality with over 100 years of research and practice; it is based in understanding unconscious processes and dynamics to help clients deepen awareness and find new ways forward. I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School. I am a member of the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis and The New Washington School of Psychiatry.
