I specialize in working with women on anxiety and stress-management, providing a strengths-based approach. I would say my clients see me as someone who is thorough, and strengths based. I’m an empathetic person, while also holding clients accountable when it comes to taking an active role in therapy.

I incorporate mindfulness techniques, which offer numerous benefits, such as reduction of anxiety, stress, and improvement in relationships, just to name a few.
