About My Clients

My ideal client is an adult or couple who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted despite appearing high-functioning. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, or life transitions and want support that is practical, validating, and collaborative. They’re open to self-reflection, want to understand patterns, and are ready to work toward meaningful, sustainable change in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed mental health therapist providing individual and couples counseling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life stressors. My background includes work with clients navigating complex emotional, relational, and identity-related concerns. I bring a thoughtful, grounded presence to therapy and value creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens through insight, emotional regulation, and practical skill-building within a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself and move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I view clients as the experts on their own lives and see my role as a supportive guide—helping bring clarity, insight, and practical tools to the challenges they’re facing. I believe people are doing the best they can with what they’ve learned, and that meaningful change becomes possible when compassion replaces self-judgment. Healing is not linear, and growth doesn’t require perfection. I value authenticity, curiosity, and transparency in the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create an affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
