About My Clients
Many of my clients are used to holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They may feel anxious, mentally drained, emotionally stuck, overwhelmed by responsibilities, or frustrated by patterns they can’t seem to change. Some are navigating ADHD, perfectionism, major life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the constant pressure of trying to “do it all.” I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, maternal mental health concerns, stress, perfectionism, and life transitions. Many of my clients appear capable on the outside while internally feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I integrate approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, emotion regulation skills, and practical coping tools tailored to each client’s needs. My goal is not only to help clients feel relief in the moment, but also to help them better understand the patterns contributing to stress, anxiety, self-criticism, or burnout so lasting change can occur. I strive to create a space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a supportive, inclusive space where clients feel safe showing up as themselves without fear of judgment. I value compassion, authenticity, and culturally responsive care, and I strive to approach each client with empathy, respect, and curiosity about their unique experiences and identities. I am a strong advocate for women’s mental health and the importance of creating spaces where women feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout life’s transitions and challenges. Many of the clients I work with are balancing caregiving, relationships, careers, identity changes, and the emotional demands of trying to “do it all.” I believe meaningful change happens through both insight and action. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, it is about understanding yourself more deeply, developing healthier patterns, and building a life that feels more balanced and aligned with your values.
