About My Clients
I work with women navigating grief, anxiety, betrayal, or the pressures of people-pleasing—often rooted in childhood or toxic relationships. I also support teens and college students managing self-esteem, ADHD, and family conflict. If you’re feeling stuck between survival and peace, I offer a grounded space for healing and change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps teens to adults and families navigate anxiety, grief, betrayal, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based strategies to help you challenge negative thinking, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your values. I believe healing is possible when we stop running from pain and start understanding what it’s trying to teach us. For those who seek it, I offer faith-sensitive support that honors your spiritual beliefs as a source of strength. Whether you’re facing a loss, struggling in your relationships, or feeling stuck in survival mode, I offer a grounded, supportive space where your story matters and your healing can begin.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where your experiences are seen, your voice is heard, and your values are respected. I believe we are all capable of change, even when life feels stuck or overwhelming. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, challenge old patterns, and move toward the life you were created to live. I respect all faiths and offer a space where spiritual beliefs can be explored if desired but never imposed. I also believe that grief, trauma, and life transitions hold deep meaning, and that hope and resilience can be rebuilt even after loss. You don’t have to have it all figured out - just a willingness to begin.
