About My Clients
We often work with those that are feeling exhausted or anxious about the state of their relationship(s). Mothers, partners, those stuck in the online dating loop- our client base is large because of the varying specialties of our adept therapists but a line that connects the majority of our clients is that they want change in their relationships and support systems, or want to change themselves to better connect within them.
My Background and Approach
All our therapists have completed their graduate degree and participate in regular trainings both within our practice and in their own separate interests. We are all relationally trained and practice from an attachment theory lens while adding on our own personal interests and personalities in the way that we work with our clients. Some of the additional trainings that our therapists have are: Sex Therapy (ACAST), Somatic Therapy, Eating Disorders, ADHD
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Spaces Therapy was formed over time, starting in 2018 when we became a team of two, adding slowly and thoughtfully throughout the years. Our intention is to provide a space for therapists to be better resourced (more time for rest as their business needs are taken care of by the practice) so that they can be better resources for their clients. We are continuously learning and growing, attending quarterly trainings as a team and having regular check-ins as a whole to make sure we're taking care of ourselves so that we can best take care of you.
