About My Clients

I work best with individuals and couples who feel stuck in familiar patterns - like shutting down, people-pleasing, or struggling to express needs. Many of my clients are high achievers who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or anxious in their relationships. Whether you're navigating dating, burnout, or long-term conflict, I help you build emotional safety, understand your patterns, and create more secure, fulfilling connections.

My Background and Approach

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in tech and a passion for helping people feel seen, connected, and empowered in their relationships. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are navigating communication struggles, anxious or avoidant attachment patterns, dating challenges, emotional disconnection, or high-achiever burnout. My approach blends evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), ACT, psychodynamic theory, and the Gottman Method to create a tailored, collaborative experience. Whether you're stuck in conflict, questioning your relationship, or longing for deeper self-understanding, I meet you with warmth, curiosity, and tools that support real change. Clients often tell me they feel safe to show up fully and uncover new ways of relating both to themselves and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At my core, I believe that vulnerability is strength and that healing happens in safe, compassionate relationships. I’m deeply committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for all identities, especially those navigating marginalization, shame, or the feeling of being “too much.” I support body liberation, Health at Every Size (HAES), and approach my work through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens. I stand with the LGBTQ+ community, support Black Lives Matter, and believe therapy should honor your full humanity. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in tech and understand the unique pressures high-achieving environments can bring. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental health through social media, podcasting, and storytelling that makes people feel less alone. My work is fueled by a deep belief that connection, curiosity, and courage can change lives.
