About My Clients
I feel inspired by working with clients who are ready to make a change with behaviors that are no longer serving them, assisting people in finding a healthier relationship with themself and others, supporting more effective communication between family members/loved ones and providing helpful coping tools to better manage difficult emotions. I believe we are all worthy of love, overcoming our past traumas and that everyday is a new opportunity for growth and change.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with my MSW from University of Southern California. I have worked in all levels of care (residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient) serving individuals suffering from addiction, mental health and homelessness. My holistic and direct approach will guide you to gain a better understanding of core beliefs that are limiting your full potential. As humans we crave connection. Part of our work will be developing our relationship in order to help you feel safe as you explore, connect and heal all parts of you. My practice is about creating yourself and a life of purpose. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic processing, coupled with the use of reiki energy and sound healing. The holistic healing programs and experiences that I have created at are a custom blend of modalities designed to inspire connection and empowerment for people like you who are ready to own their struggles and reignite their inner spark!

I'm passionate about helping others learn to love and believe in themselves. My goal is to help clients learn to have a better relationship with themselves, others in their life, in hopes of enriching their overall life experience. I believe everyone deserves to feel worthy, love themselves and see their inner beauty and light. You deserve this! There is hope.
