My Background and Approach
I’m passionate about helping my clients process their emotions, gain insight, strengthen their coping skills, and heal from the effects of trauma. My clinical approach is guided by REBT, Inner-Child Work, and trauma-informed care. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, a therapy modality for trauma recovery.
