About My Clients
I work with people navigating TTC, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss, including those facing complex identity shifts along the way. My clients often carry anxiety, grief, or perfectionism beneath the surface and are looking for a space that is collaborative and affirming of their full experience.
My Background and Approach
My approach is energetic, open, and grounded in attachment. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand your emotional patterns and feel more securely connected to yourself and the people in your life. I also integrate CBT, Family Systems, and ACT, but I’m less focused on rigid techniques and more on what actually helps you feel understood and supported. I tend to work well with people who are used to being capable and self-aware but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hard on themselves. Therapy with me is a space to be honest, untangle what’s going on underneath the surface, and move away from pressure and perfectionism toward something more sustainable and self-compassionate.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the transition into parenthood — whether anticipated, hard-won, or complicated by loss — is one of the most profound identity shifts over a lifetime. It deserves far more emotional support than our culture typically allows. I’m especially interested in maternal mental health because it's been underexplored for so long. Anxiety, depression, and overwhelm are meaningful responses to stress, uncertainty, and unmet needs. Therapy is about helping you better understand yourself, make space for your full experience, and build a more compassionate, sustainable way of moving through the world. I also believe therapy should be collaborative, flexible, and responsive to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — your needs may shift, and our work can shift with them. A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation, and I hope to create a space that feels engaging, relevant, and genuinely supportive.
