We all get stuck, and my goal is to help you get unstuck and live a satisfying and fulfilling life, overcoming patterns that don't serve you. I offer both practical strategies and a supportive and safe environment for processing life challenges. My eclectic approach includes mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, nonviolent communication, and collaborative problem solving. I believe in the healing power of relationships, which has inspired my training in Gottman Couple’s therapy as well as Relational Life Therapy, methods with compelling evidence in guiding couples towards connected and intimate relationships. My work with couples is additionally informed by the work of Sue Johnson, Esther Perel, Terry Real, David Schnarch, Emily Nagowski and others.
