My goal for you is to have an increased understanding of yourself and how to utilize these tools to create relief in your life. We can work collaboratively to address any ongoing issues that are bother you right now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that all individuals are unique and that we all have our own path of life events. Each person responds to life's stressors differently and we all deserve to feel relief from depression and the impact of traumatic events. I do not discriminate against anyone and I make it apart of my life to stay informed about current policies and the impact they may have on various individuals.
