Over the years, I have observed healing occur within a therapeutic relationship where there is trust, humility, curiosity; where your identities and experiences are seen and valued. I strive to understand and respect your nuanced cultural background as well as how you experience the systems we operate within. My practice is integrative, which helps me to tailor our work to meet your specific needs and goals. I enjoy working with high-achievers, working professionals, undergraduate and graduate students, and caregivers experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent folks and offer queer, sex positive, and gender affirming spaces. My communication style is warm and nonjudgmental; I may challenge you when needed, and oftentimes use humor when appropriate. This work can be difficult, and sometimes a little levity can be helpful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that many of our struggles come from unspoken experiences, stories held in the body and mind that are waiting to be seen and felt with compassion. In therapy, I'll help you explore those inner worlds, connect with disowned parts of yourself, and develop a more authentic relationship to who you are.
