About My Clients

I love working with individuals who have a deep desire to know themselves. I believe in working with the humanity within each of us, rather than pathologizing the human experience. I specialize in anxiety, trauma and attachment, and love supporting the 2SLGBTIA+ and ENM/polyamorous communities.

My Background and Approach

I am passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their own inner wisdom and strength. My practice is centered around meeting you where you are and supporting you in your path of deep emotional healing and self-acceptance. I believe in the power of co-creating an affirming space for you to delicately dive inwards, to identify and unravel the beliefs that have been ingrained in you that no longer serve you, and to lovingly discover the depths of your own being. With authenticity and compassion, we build a warm, trusting, and nonjudgmental relationship between us and to support you in developing a stronger sense of self-compassion for yourself. I use an attuned approach to accompany you in your deep inner healing work. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness meditation techniques, somatic-based practices, Yoga Nidra, and EMDR to support you in identifying, honoring, and releasing emotions or narratives that impact your well-being or self-perception.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My journey into social work was shaped by a curiosity about the ways in which our experiences mold our perspectives, thoughts, and emotions. I initially studied psychology and neuroscience, where I explored the intricate interplay between the mind, communication, and human behavior. Motivated by a desire to combine my passion for healing with a commitment to social justice and community building, I decided to pursue a career in social work. Social work, for me, provides an avenue to work toward creating inclusive environments where individuals can authentically express themselves and thrive. I moved into the private practice space to support individuals in reconnecting with their own inner strength and wisdom while navigating the larger systems society has constructed around us. My goal is to not only facilitate personal transformation but also to inspire a ripple effect, contributing to a broader societal shift toward greater understanding, compassion, and equity.
