About My Clients
Relationships can be joyful, messy, stuck, and full of meaning—all at once. I work with couples and intimate partners who want to understand their patterns, feel more connected, and communicate with more ease. Many of my clients are queer, kinky, nonmonogamous, neurodivergent, or part of nontraditional communities. Life is so much more colorful when you paint from your own palette!
My Background and Approach
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to support couples in building real understanding and repair. For deeper wounds, I also offer EMDR and Flash Technique when talking alone isn’t enough. My style is laid-back and conversational, with a steady focus on what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll explore the cycles between you, how each of you makes sense of them, and what it would take to feel more seen, safe, and connected. I work collaboratively—I’m not here to fix you, but to help you understand yourselves and each other in deeper, more honest ways so you can create the relationship that's right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I come to this work with the understanding that we all live within systems that shape how we relate to ourselves and each other, with some carrying more weight than others. For me, relational healing is inseparable from social justice—it’s about dignity, care, boundaries, repair, self-expression, and the ongoing practice of humanizing ourselves and each other. This work requires deep reflection on both how we’re harmed and how we perpetuate harm, and a commitment to creating space for healing through connection and authenticity.
