I provide care for individuals facing a wide range of mental health conditions, including: anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, trauma-related disorders, and complex grief/loss. I approach treatment with a holistic, person-centered perspective, considering each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
My Background and Approach
I combine psychotherapy, and behavior modification to develop individualized treatment plans. I believe in empowering clients, fostering a collaborative, therapeutic relationship, and providing education to support their journey toward mental well-being. I know it is difficult to take the first step. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to freely and openly express your thoughts and feelings about life's complexities. I believe everyone is capable of change, but many may not have the tools to get there on their own. I want to motivate you to succeed in creating the life you always dreamed of!
