About My Clients
I work with individuals who may appear high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. Many may have experienced trauma, complicated relationships, or patterns they can't seem to break - despite doing their best to "hold it together." We can explore the deeper patterns, past experiences, and relationships that shape how you feel and move through the world today.
My Background and Approach
Before pursuing therapy, I worked in high-intensity settings, including with incarcerated individuals, which shaped my ability to sit with complexity, resistance, and real-life struggles without judgement. I am comfortable working with individuals who feel "hard to help," misunderstood, and unsure where to even begin. I currently hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Behavioral Health Sciences specializing in trauma. I am currently a grad student pursuing a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health counseling also specializing in trauma. As someone who has grown from their own battles and experiences, I have developed a holistic approach and lens to understand the complexities that we face. You do not have to drown, begging for a lifeline, alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no one should struggle alone, no one should have to fight battles by themselves. Sometimes life throws unpredictable curveballs at us and we get lost - and not everyone has the same opportunities that others do. I am here to break that cycle, to bring awareness to mental health within all populations and communities and be a guiding hand to aid you back into your authentic and best life.
