About My Clients
My specialities are in life transition, grief and loss, self esteem and relationships. I help folks navigate tricky family dynamics or friend dynamics. My clients are typically in the age range of 18 - 40. I also have extensive history in addiction and trauma therapy. I have been a licensed practicing therapist for 10 years and enjoy meeting new clients.
My Background and Approach
I am certified in trauma therapy. My approach is collaborative and conversational. I encourage my clients to set goals throughout our work together. We can keep track of progress on these goals in a qualitative and quantitative fashion through my software.

I am a LGBTQ+ Ally. I believe in kindness and morality and treating others as I would like to be treated.
