About My Clients

My Background and Approach
The counseling and coaching style I utilize is simple, yet empowering. I am able to accomplish this by Meeting clients where they are, identifying what isn’t working, exploring triggers, and setting goals in a supportive non judgmental space. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy from a trauma informed and faith based perspective to look at the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, while exploring your worldview.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. From life experiences we have learned unhealthy behaviors as a way to protect us from the pain we may have experienced. We as individuals with support can unlearn those behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. As a child, I suffered from severe anxiety and depression. Through my own therapy and as a counselor, I've learned how to rewrite the experiences and let go of the control to gain the true desires of my heart. My goal is to create a space for individuals to do the same.
