Many of my clients come to me struggling to make sense of the pain caused by trauma, grief, ADHD, or major life transitions. They often feel stuck—caught between the need for change and the fear of what it might bring. Whether you’re coping with loss, recovering from painful experiences, or facing uncertainty, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process emotions and reconnect with your strengths.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach that includes nature-based therapy (in a park, with visualizations or metaphors), narrative therapy to explore and reshape personal stories, and mindfulness to build awareness, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
