About My Clients
I work with adults and older adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in deep listening and respect for your lived experience, with the belief that healing happens in relationship—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. I offer a steady, compassionate space to process what you’ve been through, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward greater stability and meaning.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in narrative therapy, which places your story, values, and strengths at the center of our work together. We'll explore the stories that have shaped your life and gently reimagine those that no longer serve you. I also incorporate mindfulness, guided meditation, and nature metaphors to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and what matters most. My style is calm, affirming, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I also speak Spanish and work with adults across Colorado through telehealth. I use a strength-based approach that centers your story and honors your culture, values, and resilience. Together, we explore how life experiences, including loss or trauma, have shaped you and gently shift what no longer feels supportive. I often use mindfulness, guided reflection, and nature-inspired imagery to help create calm, grounding, and reconnection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My style is calm, collaborative, and steady. I offer a space where your experiences are met with care, where grief and trauma can be held gently, and where healing and change feel possible. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
