I love working with anyone in the midst of major life changes, including those navigating relationship and career transitions, new parents, ambitious professionals, blocked creatives, and those struggling with the aftermath of relational trauma or loss and grief. My work is grounded in relational psychotherapy with an asset-based approach, meaning that we will center your strengths, emphasizing and reinforcing what may already be working.
