About My Clients
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves and are seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful change. I support individuals who want to better understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in mental health. My background includes working with diverse populations across outpatient and community-based settings. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I focus on helping clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, regulate emotions, and create sustainable change in a supportive and structured therapeutic environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe, respectful, and empowering space where individuals feel seen and understood. I value compassion, authenticity, and collaboration, and I believe meaningful change happens when clients are supported in understanding their experiences and strengths. I view each person as resilient and capable of growth, and I respect the cultural, relational, and personal contexts that shape who they are. Therapy is not about judgment, but about healing, self-awareness, and progress at each client’s own pace.
