I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate mental health care. I am passionate about women’s mental health, addressing challenges like reproductive health, postpartum concerns, and menopause. I incorporate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, and play therapy into my practice, along with psychoeducation on lifestyle changes to enhance mental well-being. I also have experience working with developmentally disabled individuals and enjoy tailoring care to diverse needs.
