About My Clients
I work with clients who are experiences life stressors that leads to symptoms of anxiety, depression and conflict in their relationship. Reducing burnout and other stressors can alleviate and improve relationships, symptoms of depression and anxiety. I help individuals set goals personally, professionally and emotionally/mentally to becoming well-rounded to living and being their true self.
My Background and Approach
I would like to partner with you on your wellness journey to uncover your 8 Dimensions of Wellness using CBT, MI, and the Strength-Based. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness is a holistic approach. This holistic approach was developed to help one live consciously, become self-directed, and evolve to achieve one’s full capabilities. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness are spiritual; emotional; physical; social; environmental; intellectual; financial; and occupational. The 8 dimensions are interconnected. All must be worked on to maintain balance. It is important to work on all dimensions to live a balanced, fulfilled, and satisfied life to become well-rounded. I would like to establish a therapeutic relationship with you where there is trust, openness, and warmth, without judgment. My therapeutic style is supportive, engaging, and collaborative.
