About My Clients
I believe that seeking out therapy is a courageous step in working towards overall wellness and positive mental health. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, career changes and interpersonal difficulties. I hope to provide a space for individuals to present their thoughts and needs in a validating and understanding environment.
My Background and Approach
I will utilize different techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and solution focused therapy in supporting clients. I believe in highlighting each individual’s own unique strengths and set of values in therapy in order for them to live a fulfilling and happy life. I will incorporate values of acceptance, empathy, empowerment, non-judgmental awareness and self-compassion. I would love to speak further with you about what brought you to seek out counseling.
