My Background and Approach
I am a South Asian, Ace-Aro, and Muslim Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege since 2023, working with minors and adults in group and individual therapy sessions. I help clients process the past—including the complexities of identity and stigma—to be more present and resilient. I am different from your typical therapist. I bring compassion and a "warm campfire" approach to create a space for genuine healing and transformation.
