About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. I also support clients working through family conflict, body image concerns, grief, and identity exploration, including LGBTQ+ and transgender experiences.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020. My approach is flexible and individualized—there is no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and person-centered and strengths-based approaches. I also incorporate mindfulness, multicultural awareness, and holistic perspectives. Together, we can explore patterns that may be contributing to distress and work toward building insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing when given a safe, nonjudgmental space to reflect and be understood. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet you where you are. On a personal note, I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals—I have a dog and a guinea pig. I also love soccer, skiing, rollerblading, and figure skating.
