About My Clients
Many of the individuals I work with have depression, anxiety, trauma and also experience autoimmune conditions, EDS, POTS, and other medically complex or poorly understood conditions. These experiences often involve persistent pain, fatigue, sleep disruption, and repeated encounters with feeling misunderstood or dismissed within healthcare systems. Over time, this can erode confidence, stability, and a sense of trust in one’s own body. Neurodivergent and LGBTQ clients are welcome.
My Background and Approach
I believe that anxiety and depression are often messengers telling us that something in our lives is out of alignment. By bridgeing the gap between “doing” (changing habits/behaviors) and “being” (breath, mindfulness, and somatic awareness), we create a sustainable path toward wellness. Let’s stop just “getting through the day” and start building a life that feels authentic to you. I also have specialized training and experience when depression, anxiety, and trauma intersect with chronic or complex medical illness. I hold advanced training in behavioral sleep medicine and guided imagery, and my work focuses on helping clients understand and retrain nervous system patterns shaped by trauma, illness, and prolonged stress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am progressive, LGBTQ and neurodivergent affirming. I love animals (especially dogs). I am not religious, but I am spiritual and welcome all faiths.
