About My Clients
I’m here for teens, young adults, and grown-ups who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, OCD or life transitions. Whether you’re navigating difficult relationships, struggling with past pain, facing new challenges, or simply trying to find balance — you deserve a space where you’re heard, supported and empowered. Together we’ll explore what’s behind your feelings and build coping skills to reclaim peace, growth, and meaning.
My Background and Approach
I am a fully licensed and earned my EdS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. I have a background in working with the adolescent population in a higher level of care setting such as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. As I transitioned into working as an outpatient therapist, my skills learned throughout my time in a HLOC had led to my therapeutic approach of often integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS into my sessions with my clients, while also being person-centered. I believe therapy is based on a trusting therapeutic relationship. I pride myself on my honesty and empathy, and ability to build rapport with even the most skeptical client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a passion for reading and am always open to book suggestions, especially since I read at least one book per week! I’m family oriented, and have a deep love for animals of all kinds! As my client, you will be subject to parrot and puppy pictures of my personal pets upon request!
