About My Clients
As a couple and family therapy intern, I love working with individuals of all ages, couples, polycules, and families. As a queer therapist, I especially enjoy supporting queer, trans, and polyam clients. I enjoy supporting children and youth across their development. I love supporting folks navigating life transitions, relational conflicts, systemic oppresion, grief, identity, spirituality, anxiety/OCD, and depression.
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals, families and relational constellations, drawing from narrative therapy, somatics, parts work, and emotionally-focused techniques. As a student in Antioch University's sex therapy certificate program, I value working with folks navigating sex and intimacy. While facing the inevitability of life's losses and changes, I hope to support you in accessing both deeper acceptance and agency. With collaboration and curiosity at the center of my work, I trust in your innate wisdom and support you in moving toward your vision of growth. Therapy can be challenging, but through open reflection we can gently explore and transform the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Reaching out for support takes immense courage, and I am grateful you are here.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a systemically oriented therapist, I center social justice in my work. I hold an anti-racist stance, and value explicitly naming that impact of systemic oppression on people's lived experiences.
