About My Clients
You’ve always known you're different: you're fast thinking, creative, and maybe overwhelmed. As a child, you may have been the daydreamer, a procrastinator, fidgety, or the one who could do everything except focus when it mattered. You may be late diagnosed with ADHD and you’re tired of trying to “fix” yourself through effort & perfectionism. I'm neurodivergent, so I've lived the experience. I work with adults who grew up masking, people-pleasing, or pushing past their limits.
My Background and Approach
I graduated in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past 10 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others navigate life as they work through trauma, grief, achieve personal growth, and navigating big life changes. I’ve worked in a variety of settings include psych hospitals, community mental health centers, and treatment facilities before moving into private practice. Most notably, I worked and trained at The Meadows, a world-renown treatment facility. At the Meadows, I had the privilege of learning from esteemed professionals in the mental health field, including Dr Peter Levine who developed Somatic Experiencing. The Meadows and I share similar treatment philosophies as we have a whole-person approach, blending modern therapy practices with holistic methods. Working with the nervous system through Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing are some of my deepest passions because of the transformational effects I’ve seen for my clients.
