I work with, individuals addressing mental health complaints such as: Being bleak, no longer enjoying and having a direction Study or work problems, performance anxiety Problematic differences between yourself and those of the family, work or culture Existential and life-meaning questions If your specific complaint is not listed, you can contact me. I am not currently accepting health insurance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Some experiences and discoveries happen in the presence of a professional, and supportive person. With a health, psychology, and business background, people often come to me because they want explore patterns in their behavior or interaction with others in order to move forward in their lives, goals or creative processes. I use a synergy of therapeutic techniques including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy (like Short-term Psychodynamic Supportive Therapy), System Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
