My approach to therapy is very person-centered and integrative meaning that your needs come first and that you are an equal partner in the planning of your care. Along with traditional talk therapy, I also like to incorporate holistic and medical remedies to ensure your treatment is tailored to you and your needs. My specialities include but not limited depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, substance abuse, and family issues. It would be my honor to join you on your journey to healing.
