About My Clients

You feel things deeply — the emotional undercurrents in your relationships, the subtle shifts in tone or expression, the meanings that linger long after conversations end. At times, your sensitivity feels overwhelming, leading to over-processing, self-doubt, or depletion. Many highly sensitives find they need to process deeper than talk therapy, reshaping emotional patterns stuck in the body, nervous system, or unconscious. And that's where we start.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed associate counselor with over ten years of holistic healing experience. Most of what we manifest in our life (our greatest joys and sufferings) are created through the power of our unconscious. For this reason, this is the layer we will focus on in our sessions. My approach is based in Jungian therapy, attachment work, somatic experiencing, and ecotherapy. My clinical background is an integrative mix between my clinical mental health foundation and over tend years of living abroad, where I studied indigenous cosmologies, women's oracular mysteries, and tantric yoga and meditation. I am excited to meet you where you are on your journey and be a support for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Before working as a therapist, I worked in the human rights field both domestically and internationally. I believe that we all deserve access to basic survival needs and to treated with respect regardless of religion, gender, politics, and socioeconomic status. Divergence from the norm excites me, as I typically find pieces of myself within the groups or places we have collectively cast out. Throughout my life it's been important for me to connect with my female body, particularly to understand the ways my hormones and menstruation impact my emotions. It's become clear to me that our reproductive system tends to hold our deepest personal and multigenerational traumas. I give special attention to this area of the body, should clients wish to go there. While identifying the biological structure of the body as important, I also see myself and others as composed of both female and masculine energies. I find the embodiment of both energies a continual exploration for myself and clients.
