Using evidence-based tools like ACT, CBT, EFT, Gottman and IFS in a compassionate and personalized way. I am a prepare/enrich facilitator as well as trained in Gottman Level 1 and 2.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a space for healing, growth, and transformation. I’m inspired by the philosophy of kintsugi which is the idea that our cracks and struggles can be repaired with care and become part of our unique strength and beauty. I help individuals and couples embrace their challenges, rebuild resilience, and integrate life’s difficulties into their story with self-compassion and clarity. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and supported on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
