About My Clients

I love working with teens, individual adults and all relationship structures in my practice. I have strong experience supporting folks with depression, anxiety, attachment and family-of-origin concerns, trauma and suicidal ideation. I also love working with people around building skills for greater intimacy in relationships, emotional awareness and expression and self-esteem.

My Background and Approach

I have experience providing counseling in schools, non-profits, crisis lines, and residential treatment centers. I work with teens, adults, couples, and expansive relationships in my practice. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming of intersectional identities, and acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma. I integrate a range of theories and techniques in my practice, including EMDR, AEDP, parts work, compassion-focused and somatic-focused techniques, guided by each client's individual needs. In my relational work I draw primarily from the Developmental Model of relationship therapy. My guiding belief is that therapy provides the container and structure for individuals to enact their own healing and growth.
