My Background and Approach
I have trained in CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative and ACT therapies. I also studied psycho-dynamic therapy extensively. I was a school-based therapist for the Seattle, Bellevue and Mercer Island School districts, and was the director of a public alternative school for several years. I am an adjunct professor at the UW, and enjoy training prospective therapists.
