How We Can Help You
Torres Mental Health Counseling Services was founded in 2020 by Silvia Torres, LMHC-D, with the vision of creating a supportive, inclusive, and client-centered space for mental wellness. Prior to establishing the practice, Ms. Torres built a strong foundation in the mental health field through her work in a community outpatient setting. There she gained extensive experience providing therapeutic support to individuals facing a wide array of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. In addition to direct clinical work, Ms. Torres also developed her skills in clinical supervision, guiding and mentoring emerging professionals in the field. Her time in community mental health not only deepened her clinical expertise but also inspired her to create a practice that prioritizes personalized care, cultural sensitivity, and professional growth.
