My Background and Approach
I tailor my therapy sessions to fit your individual needs and goals. My goal for you is to have various tools and techniques that you can pull from at all times. This way, no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet & easy exercises that can create relief. I know therapy can be scary at first, that's why I am an honest, straightforward and compassionate clinician. I keep it real because these are the qualities that I expect from my own therapist (yes, I go to therapy too!) I am direct and solution focused. We'll work collaboratively to address all your need and reach your goals!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my personal belief that every one of us has the capacity to heal. My goal is to have you feeling better faster but to not skip out on any of the important parts of existing patterns or potential solutions. This often requires our work to be depth-oriented (no skimming the surface and trying out band-aid solutions) and usually longer-term basis (weekly therapy for 6 months - 2 years+). This isn’t for everyone, but it may be for you if you are wanting The life you want is actually possible, but finding the "right" therapist online can be so hard.
