I am a Spanish-speaking, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of CompassMind Integrative Psychiatry. I provide integrative and functional psychiatry for high-functioning professional women (20s–50s) seeking compassionate, evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, burnout, and chronic stress.
