I specialize in helping both adults and children who have gone through terrible traumatic experiences. My goal is to help my clients, find relief from a haunted past, and stop living in fear. Additionally, I help children who have gone through traumatic experiences improve negative behavior and develop healthy positive secure attachments with their caregivers.
My Background and Approach
My practice is focused on helping clients who have gone through serious trauma. I utilize Trauma-Focused Therapy which takes a special approach, acknowledging HOW the trauma has affected and changed the brain and overall thinking process. Understanding the physiological changes, we will work together to identify how to get you back to healthy functioning.
